Once you have learned these feats, you can craft the items in various crafting stations:

Wearable Accessory Crafter: unlocks the crafting of all other cosmetic items.

Backpack Crafter: unlocks the crafting of backpacks.

Belt Crafter: unlocks the crafting of belts and pouches.
